here I am. this is a test of the blog. I need to see if the alignment looks ok when the entry is longer than a few lines. let's see how it looks when I write a bunch of stuff. I'm going to type some more stuff to see if the entry successfully gets cut off when it's long enough. I don't know how it's going to work. It's pretty long, so I don't know how much more I need to type before it's cut off. Let's keep typing and find out how much we can put in first.
